This course is designed for Kids aged 6 to 11, Suitable for students with no prior experience.

- Warm-up Exercises: Enhance flexibility and range of motion
- Physical Conditioning: Build strength, speed, and coordination
- Kicking Techniques: Practice various Taekwondo kicks and their applications
- Self-Defense Drills: Basic self-defense skills and counter techniques
- Sparring Training: Improve combat skills and strategic application
- Poomsae Practice: Focus on forms, sequences, and movement flow
- Flipping Techniques: Fundamental flips combined with Taekwondo skills

Physical Training : Focus on balance, coordination, and flexibility through simple activities such as jumping, rolling, crawling, and play-based exercises.

Physical Training : Emphasize strength, speed, and core stability with activities like sprinting, push-ups, planks, and flexibility exercises.
Flipping Training : Strengthen foundational rolls (e.g., cartwheels, backward rolls) and practice advanced skills like front handsprings and back handsprings.
